Terms of Service

Using StudyBlitzer

StudyBlitzer turns your notes into flashcards and quizzes using AI. You may use it for personal study and learning. Don't use it to:

• break the law or infringe others' rights;
• upload content you don't have the right to use;
• attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the service;
• generate or publish harmful, hateful, or infringing material.

Your content

You keep ownership of the notes you paste and the study sets you create. If you choose to make a study set public (share it in Explore), you grant other users permission to view and study it. You can unpublish a public set at any time from "My study sets."

AI-generated content

Study sets are generated by an AI model and may contain mistakes. Always verify important facts against your original source material. StudyBlitzer isn't responsible for errors in generated content.

Availability & changes

StudyBlitzer is provided "as is," without warranties, and may change, pause, or limit features (including daily usage caps) at any time. We may remove public content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account info: your email address and a securely hashed (never plaintext) password, if you create an account.
• Your study sets: the flashcards and quizzes you save, and — for public sets — an optional author name you choose.
• Basic usage/security data: IP address for rate limiting and abuse prevention, and standard request logs.

We do not sell your personal data, and we don't show ads.

Third parties we use

• Cloudflare — hosting, database, bot protection (Turnstile), and (optionally) privacy-friendly, cookieless traffic analytics.
• Anthropic (Claude) — generates study sets from the notes you submit. Notes are sent to Anthropic to produce your set.
• Resend — sends account emails (verification and password reset).

Cookies

We use a single essential cookie to keep you logged in. We don't use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

Your choices

You can delete any study set from your account at any time. To delete your account and associated data, email us at the address below and we'll remove it. You can study without an account — anonymous sets are stored only in your browser.
